Myitkyina is the capital city of the Kachin State. From Myitkyina, visitors can tour the confluence (Myitsone) of the Malikha and
Maykha Rivers, the source of the Ayeyar-waddy River. Kachin Traditional Manau Dances are performed yearly on Kachin State Day. There are regular flights
to Myitkyina from Yangon and Mandalay.

TREKKING TOUR

PUTAO TREKKING TOUR (4 Days / 3 Nights)

Day 1 : Yangon-Myitkyina-Putao by air. Overnight at Putao.
Day 2 : Putao-Namhtumkhu 10 miles trekking.
Day 3 : Namhtumkhu-Mulashidi 10 miles trekking; Putao by car.
Day 4 : After breakfast visit the local market and Pan Hlaing (Khamti Shan Village). Transfer to airport. Yangon by air.

MYITKYINA-BHAMO RIVERINE CRUISE (3 Days / 2 Nights)

Day 1 : After breakfast, boating down from Myitkyina to Sinbo.
Day 2 : From Sinbo to Bhamo by boat.
Day 3 : Cruise down to Katha passing through the second defile. Proceed on to Naba by car and travel to Mandalay by train.
